All orders are sent express by Australia Post with an online tracking number.


  • 3-10 work day delivery*: Pack and Track International ($16.55)
  • 3-7 work day delivery*: Express Post International ($46.05)
  • 2-4 work day delivery*: Express Courier International ($50.20)
  • 1-2 work day delivery*: Express Courier International Platinum ($72.80)

Unfortunately we are no longer able to ship outside of Australia and New Zealand for orders placed on Lady in Red's online store. International customers are welcome to continue shopping our full product range on our ebay store where international shipping is enabled.

Dispatch Time
We require one business day handling time for all purchases. Orders finalised before 5pm AEST on business days will be sent on the next business day. You will receive an email containing the tracking number once your order is on the way. In the event of any unavoidable delays beyond one business day, customers will be contacted directly. Please consider this handling time if a purchase is required urgently, as we cannot dispatch on the same day as ordered.

Express Post Next-Day Delivery
For deliveries to Australian postcodes within the Queensland or national express delivery networks, parcels will be received on the next business day after dispatch. Excludes weekends - orders dispatched on a Friday will be received on the following Monday. 

Need it in time for the weekend?
Our weekend delivery cut-off is 5pm AEST on Wednesdays (with parcels arriving on Friday). This is applicable for deliveries to Australian postcodes within the Queensland or national express delivery networks. If delivery is to a postcode outside of the express network we recommend allowing an extra 1-2 days for transit. Please contact us with your postcode if you would like a more accurate indication of delivery time.
